JD,
Since you posted this is a good place to chat did you receive the findings my community discovered with TWAR? It was in the form of a pdf from JockYitch and or {PST} Joker by way of email. If so thanks a bunch if not they can be found in a thread located in the callofduty.com forum.

Btw, great video. The weapons in game are of great interest to me as always. Kind of a hobby along with gaming.

To whom it may concern;
From the release of Call of Duty:World at War 'till present all users worldwide have been presented with a number of situations needing immediate attention.
The actual game, its basic concept, design and implementation are commendable. However, a number of serious problems have arisen that demand immediate attention:
Server Authentication Failures
Spawn Logic in need of optimization
Optional Head Icons & Name Tags for both Friendly and Enemy Players
HTTP ReDirect FIX
alt+tabbing out, and back you get the black screen
Screenshots Broken - not incremental, they overwrite each other
Adding cg_drawfps feature
Adding /record feature
Players should not be able to put color in their name, like green to look like a teammate
Enter Prestige, server will not say "Primary grenade 0 is invalid. Setting to frag" in red text. Repeatedly
Co-op servers will show up correctly in server browser, many players have difficult joining others as well
Name tags should not show through walls - NO Enemy name tags at all or an Admin option.
Fix for when you quit the game, blue screen pops up and restarts computer
unhandled exception errors need to be fixed
cg_fov resets every round
Areas where they have used a clip or texture that doesn't provide a sound when walked across
The Collision/Blocking brushes should be more detailed..... far too many places that should be accessible are clipped/blocked in every map.
Rooftop access and climbing of trees are a plus thus adding to playability, all the promos showed tree snipers.
Mod Tools also need to be patched too, as most people know all the mp prefabs for each game type (CTF,DS,HQ etc..) are missing also some of the basic csv files.
The DVARS that are not write protected that allow Rank Raping.
While this list has been in existence for more than a month and has been forwarded to Treyarch Community Manager Josh Olin.. the results of such efforts have been less than stellar.
Please allow a reminder, when the game was released a patch was immediately made available to correct "in the box, shipped with errors". Additionally, thousands of users worldwide purchased the "Collectors Edition" of Call of Duty World at War in hopes of obtaining a canteen, the use of an FG42 in game and in particular, double experience points. Needless to say the canteen is a gross disappointment, a plastic facsimile - a toy. The double experience points were made useless by a bug in the program that allowed 1000x experience points be everyone at all times. But to be fair, the FG42 is useful.
Purchasers of the regular release version found that after a week or so, all the above indicated errors were glaringly evident.
Needless to say, a large majority of those who purchased the both editions of Call of Duty:World at War feel they simply did not get their money's worth.
The aforementioned facts are true and accurate.
We, as consumers of Call of Duty Franchise Products, and in particular, Call of Duty:World at War are deeply concerned about the future of the franchise when we are forced to endure the total lack of adequate communications and timely support of this broken product known as Call of Duty:World at War.
The aggressive insults and diversions foisted upon users is nothing more than a belligerent display of arrogance instead of cooperation to bring about changes and fixes in the program and as a result, more than likely increase sales. But no, instead we are forced to endure this sort of arrogant tripe;

if you want to talk Mike, this is the place to do it - posting your arduous rants is not an effective way to communicate. It's an effective way to cater to your ego with your cronies offering congratulations after each article, but it's not accomplishing anything in the bigger picture, unfortunately.
Mike Nomad says (6:18 PM):
Sorry..... read it and understand The users didn't do anything wrong... except to buy that program sight unseen. It either gets fixed by the end of January or its Class Action time.
Mike Nomad says (6:21 PM):
These arduous "RANTS" as you so disrespectfully call them are TRUTH. If anything stated in the editorials are not true... I'll be overjoyed to correct them.
Josh says (6:23 PM):
they are just rants - they aren't accomplishing anything. You can't really label it "truth" or "lies" because it isn't either; it's just your angry opinion. What is fact, though, is how hypocritical you are in your editorials. You in one voice will demand more communication, and in the other you denounce my updates as being worthless - there's no winning with you.
Josh says (6:24 PM):
I find myself regularly reminding myself why I do not visit RGN's forums - it's just amazing how many people IM me making fun of something you wrote, so naturally I have to go look the obsessive compulsive I am
Mike Nomad says (6:25 PM):
Whatever.... Fix the program and the entire matter is moot.
At RGN, we have intentionally made the area where the editorials, essays and open letters are posted viewable by the general public. Primarily for Olin and Treyarch's benefit. RGN offers only truth. RGN is the major support site for all things Call of Duty.
Speaking of which; Please be advised: Call of Duty:World at War is losing Online support in the areas of servers and players. Both the Console and the PC Server Owner/Admins are sick and tired of the same old 13 fault and exploit ridden maps and the lack of an urgently needed update to FIX the above listed faults, bugs and errors. The users didn't do anything wrong... except perhaps to buy that program sight unseen trusting in all that Treyarch and its representatives assuringly offered prior to its release for sale.
We have asked, then begged and now demand that the much anticipated Patch 1.2 be released before the end of January for one simple and understandable reason. The program was released for sale on November 11, 2008. By the end of January, 2009 that will be approximately three months time. More than enough time for a patch to be done. Any further delay will hasten the program's becoming known as another "Airborne". Certainly Treyarch does not need another failure on its record like CoD3.
Further, we deem it necessary to ask that Olin curb his aggressive nature and simply stick to his duties of communicating in a courteous, professional and timely manner to ALL the consumers who have purchased the product. Thus far, his offerings have been evasive, insulting and uninformative.
Be advised, while we acknowledge Call of Duty:World at War is a good product presenting excellent graphics and sound, it is nevertheless dying rapidly due to the gross errors and negligence of Treyarch in getting this Patch 1.2 out quickly. TIME is of prime importance to rescuing this failing product.
Please help us ..help you save World at War.
We ask that the injustices be corrected, that Josh Olin correct his manner of communicating and his appointees be removed from their current duties and positions to ensure further unjust punitive actions by them are not possible. We beg to portray the FACT that we, as consumers/users, are the PAYING CONSUMERS and are not obliged to endure the ongoing attacks, insults and abuse offered by your Community Manager Josh Olin and his appointees.
We are supporting Activision with our hard earned money by purchasing the Call of Duty software products and beg support for the above mentioned product with fixes and patches at least before the end of January, 2009.
