It's not an aimbot at all. Feel free to watch the video in slow motion and watch just how many shots miss.
The video also doesn't show the 100 runs it took to perfect this. I had their positions and timing memorized by the time I got a good video recorded.

No, I used Fraps to record it. After it was recorded, I used a combination of mencoder, mp4box, and the matroska tools to encode the higher quality video. For the video here, I just used mencoder to encode the video to a regular MPEG2.
