An interesting game because it existence was known, developed around 1984, but nobody had ever seen this game until 2008, when a collector found the roms at a flea market in California. He graciously put the dumps on the internet. The discovered roms featured the game in various states of development, and here is the most finished version of the game. The control still needs some work, and makes an otherwise easy game almost impossible. From a technical standpoint the game is impressive, despite the fact that it's a Cabbage Patch Kids game, and has many similarities to Pitfall. It also, notably, has persistent game music, an oddity for Atari games. The flickering common in many Atari games makes the vines disappear in the one stage.

What a weird conglomerate of 80s pop culture.
