In the video, about the freeze, it's not a brain freeze it's a game freeze : when you just stop running without aiming, there's a delay before your first shoot.

You play really better than me, even if I've got a computer and you an Xbox :o) But there is a difference between the two games, look closer to the videos you'll see the training end line comes earlier on the Box ;o)
