I don't know if this is really a bug, but if you first dial e.g. an Atlantis gate and then use an energy gate to hack dial all Atlantis gates while the single connection of the first Atlantis gate is still open, then there are 2 odd things that happen:

1. The energy gate only makes a Chevron sound after every 2nd Chevron and at the end behaves like the connection is terminated, i.e. all Chevrons go out, it makes the termination sound. But the connection will still get established nonetheless.
2. If you jump through the energy gate and get out of the same Atlantis gate you''ve still the other Stargate have a connection to, then you can still use that one, too.

This all is much more difficult to read than to see, just let the video speak for itself.^^
