This is the route I would usually take when speed farming [Yes, this is after I beat playthrough 2]

But dont be confused, while this video shows the route, this is by no means my fastest run. I messed up pretty bad on 2 jumps and I took alittle extra time at the vendor so you can see what i got [pause if you want more time to see the stats]
