There's actually 7 weapon chests on this map. Not counting the 2 in the secret location. (The christmas story easter egg when you get the quest to kill Raak Hive.)
There are five chests in new heaven. In your video, just after you open the forth one: go down, turn on your left and look for a small hole in one of these wood plank houses.

I found these boxes a few days ago also, still use a few of the yellow/dark orange weapons at level 37 and on play through 2.
