This is an Apogee game released in 1993, a variation of the Wolfenstein engine. The full title of the game is Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold.

It made several improvements to the Wolf 3D engine, most notably textured ceilings and floors and a simple form of lighting. It also feature colored keys and doors, food machines, and teleportation. Despite these improvements, it was (justifiably) caught in Doom's wake, as the seminal shooter was released the same year. Like most Apogee games of the era, Blake Stone was released as shareware with a full version available for purchase. There was a sequel released in 1994 called Blake Stone: Planet Strike. This is the first level from the shareware release.

The original ran under DOS, this video was made using DOSbox emulation.
