Well it was a good prediction,look where we are now.
Direct X 10 , but if we give Vista a miss,we get XP I guess :P
But DX10 is pretty pointless without Vista,can't wait for Vienna though,apparently "according" to my "friend" he "says" that the next one is called Vienna,and it's made with gamers in mind,DX10 will be on it obviously,but more impressive is it's "Gaming Button",which you click,and it stops all secondary background procceses from other apps etc,and only runs stuff like AVG.exe teatimer.exe and all the essentail stuff that's down on their list,and we get optimised performance going straight to proccesing our game,hope it's true :)
