Ah, see that's where the 'S' comes in strategy games. Other games have ways of flipping the tide in your favor using various methods. I know I am not alone in this - Starcraft, Warcraft 2, all the Command and Conquers, etc, were just better games.

Sorry but War3 was a total disappointment for me because of the hero units. Unlike other RTS games, if you lose a battle in the field there is no way to come back unless your opponent is an idiot, because you just got done feeding him tons of XP. That's just one gripe.
