This is possibly the best and fastest way to kill GLaDOS in Portal. Simply get a turret to shoot GLaDOS a few times, gather the sphere things together and drop them all in the incinerator.

Well I personally find that my computer is a piece of crap, and I get a better overall framerate with DX8, especially when recording.
You computer seems fast, why are you running the game in DX8?
