I have been working on a L4D2 map, but when I test it in-game nearly none of the stuff I added is there in-game.

I've had this bug a long time, but I have avoided it by just replacing stuff that didn't appear in-game. But now I've had enough, as normal stuff you NEED to get a functional campaign won't spawn.

I took these screenshots to get help on some forums.   (less info)
