The Undead mage is the pyro, I thought this would work because the pyros fire balls, flamethrower and flare gun can symbolise his spec in fire magic and his axe is an epic enchanted staff.
The Draenei shaman is the engineer, this is because the shaman has four totems and the engi has 4 buildings. The fire totem is the sentry, the water totem is the dispenser and the earth and air because they are both for enhancement are only left to be the two teleporters.
The Troll Spy is the Rogue, I thought this because they can both cloak/stealth, they can both backstab, they can both sap, and they both carry daggers as a weapon.
The Orc Warrior is the heavy, I did some thinking about this but then reached the verdict that this would go well because both can take huge amounts of damage, both can also deal extremely large damage when in the prescence of a healer and both look cool to newcomers.
The Blood Elf Hunter is the Sniper, I chose this for simple reasons, they both can carry guns or bows, they both can carry swords and they both deal better damage the further they are away from the enemy.
The Human Warlock is the Soldier, this was hard to choose but I found in the end that his rockets have a vague similairity to a destro specced warlock. Although he doesn't have a cool demon companion he can deal tons of damage.
The Dwarf Paladin is the Scout, I chose this when I was running out of decisions but I think the real reason I did it is because they both have a speciality with speed boosts and both carry maces/bats.
The Tauren Druid is the Demoman, I chose this because I thought his spammed grenades have a distinct similarity to the boomkin druids spams of moonfire and wrath.
The Night Elf Priest is the Medic, because like this priest, the medic can heal people but also deal a bit lower than average amount of damage. They also both make good combinations with tanking classes. (less info)

Team Fortress 2
lol
Yeah, I actually did the scout last so it was hard.
Cool, makes sense when you put it like that. But the scout/paladin kinda doesn't, cause a paladin is more a warrior/healer type of guy, where as the scout is more of a fast/burst dmg kind of guy. But i guess you gotta place them all :P
If you want to find out why I chose those class combinations, read the description below.
