I have emailed them maybe 3 times a couple questions and a suggestion and all were replied to within a week. To be honest I think that is very good, and I have been very impressed with the service they give for a free application. It's been better than a lot of applications that I pay for.

Given this was some months ago, though. Perhaps the site is growing and their staff isn't? Or maybe there is an influx of stupid questions where answers readily exist on the sate somewhere.

Yeah the CSS characters work, so I wouldn't doubt the TF2 characters working at some point down the road. The game is super cool regardless. Takes a little while to get the hang of but once you do it's awesome... I don't play anything else now :P
