I use WoW Model Viewer and Sony Vegas 8.0 to make my videos. Get a video recording program (I use FRAPS) to record the character in the Model Viewer. Then put them in Sony Vegas and they will be on the same screen!
You can also find tutorials online about this. If you want a good one, search up "Oxhorn" and find his tutorials. Good luck on your videos! :D
