First of all your going to need a program that allows you to actually do machinima using model viewer and stuff. Get Sony Vegas 7 or Adobe. Once you have one of the programs, use youtube as your source of tutorials on how to use them :P That's what I had to do when I first got Sony Vegas 7. You could even go to Oxhorn's tutorials to learn how to machinima. In Sony Vegas you can record your voice via your mic, then you can edit your voice through a free program called Audacity. Just use youtube as your source of tutorials on how to use it :)
