    I made some videos with Adobe Premier Pro CS3 but they all end up being over 1GB large for about 5 minutes of video. Is there a program I can use or some way to get Premier to make them a smaller file size without losing the video quality?

    I tried Blaze Media Pro, but it keeps making the video look horrible. Maybe i'm doing something wrong with it?
