Hmm, i see. The way i see it is that everytime i go over there, either they attack first or one of my allied spaceships attack first. I was gonna remove all my friendly spaceships when i go over there, but theres still a possobility that they attack first and i get into another war with them.

It is possible to not get into war with the Grox but it's very difficult. If you ally with them, every other civilization will automatically have -200 with you.
