If I had understood it well, you were confuzed about why on NPCs it just adds 45% and on mobs it adds 90%?

Well, I don't really know the answer since I never made any test just because we already knew this, but what I guess is that maybe there are different formulas for each target, NPC got their own so do mobs.

And afaik NPC = Player, so on players I suppose it should add 45%.

please hang with me on this issue for just a little bit longer :) so appreciate it!

i had two friends on retail test this (79 gh and 82 wr)... they went to an npc just yesterday and hit from behind with focus death -- it added like you said, about 45%. however, then they went to a mob in blazing swamp and it did actually double the damage from behind. they never tried it on players.

so could you please try it on npc, mob, and then player, and maybe take a screen shot or two? you have no idea how many people are confused about this, and it would be nice to have actual evidence from a retail pro.

here's my current thread about it: http://forum.pmfun.com/viewtopic.php?t=7...

and i guess the only last question is, do soulshots add damage to any blows and how much?

    thanks aso! =]

Sure, a lot of people gets confuzes of that.

This is what Focus Death erally does:

Aprox 45 ~ 53% more damage from skills and 90% damage more from normal attacks.

Just don't forget that all these bonuses is when you are facing them at their back.

question for ya ^^ does focus death add 90% from behind targets? i tested on a 81 wr on bartz (my friends) on npc and it didnt... on a mob it did though. kind of confusing and ive always wondered how that worked. some say its 40% to crit and 90% to melee crit. (i play cardinal so i dont really know these things, but trying to learn)

    thanks
