It's because you have patch 3.0.2, WoW Model Viewer don't support that patch at the moment so the only way for you is to reinstall wow and patch up to 2.4.4 I think.. (the patch before 3.0.2 :)

Ofc :P If you find for example an arrow in WoW Model Viewer you can just do a color key effect to the Arrow Clip with a blue background and you have an arrow :)
