One time, i had that problem too. I really don't know how to solve it. My pc was asking for clean, and i had install the windows again xD.

Well, try go to control panel - sound - recording, and see if stereo mix is enable. If not, click right mouse bottom, anywhere, and then, click show disable devices.

If so, you must have the "record sound"option activate.
