well. i even tried to duel boot my laptop with vista and xp and i was sick of it so i just bought sony vegas video editor. that a cool program. it has all fXs which i need to create my video in HD. but thank you for your help.

I have vista...
For the new one you just need to wait a little while (sorry if i spelled this wrong). After that it should pop-up.

For the old one it should have a little window pop-up and have it saying that it is doing something (i cant exactly remember what it said). It should change after a little bit and start changing really fast. If it doesnt change after... oh say... 30 seconds close out and try it again.

also tell me which version you are using so i dont have to say stuff for both.

well i downloaded it on my vista laptop and installing is also not a problem but if i try to open the program the wait pointer comes and after 7 seconds nothing happens. i tried everything. and when i looked in the task manager about 5 zweistein editors were running but not actually showing up. if you know somebody who has vista and the program running i would like to know how he does that. thx

ummm.... i dont really know... i didnt make or even work on the program i just use it... i have windows and i know it works on both xp and vista... is it downloading or actually using the program????
