I usually do redirect to tech support forums. I just know sometimes it may take a while to get a response and occasionaly some of the "off the wall" advice that I reccomend works. Mostly I ask the regular questions like "What have you done?" and other things.
Thanks for trying to help with tech support, but it's more helpful to us if you just ask for the OS and logs. Also make sure the client is hooking the game (the green indicator). Most problems can be solved by redirecting them to the tech support forums. :)
Hello :)

Ok, thanks alot. But i will let someone else place a new RAM, i found out what i need though. A DDR-400 PC3200. RAM slots on my PC: 4 DDR DIMM, Memory type required: DDR SDRAM. Thanks alot for the tips ^^
Good question, I'm using a wireless router provided to me by internet service (Versalink). Before using this, I used a Belkin wireless router that I got at Wal-mart. Both have worked well for me. Other than the "usual scripted" advice, check you ISP's site and so on, what I would advise is just research. I personally can't recommend a good one as all of them have their problems and advantages. The one that my ISP sent me has been working great for me, and it's just a cheaper wireless router, I had to make a few adjustments to the range on the wireless router in the programming but it works great. To give an idea, I'm sitting on 9 acres of land, my house sits close to the front about 50 yards from the road, I went to the back of the land (around 150 yards away give or take a few) and still played WoW very well. Just research and go with what you know, sorry I couldn't help much on that.
I c that u have worked with tech support, maybe u can help me.
