As you can see from the link above, your card does not have Shader 3.0 support, so it may not run correctly with the game your trying to get it to run. That card is also very weak compared to modern graphics cards.

Besides buying a new graphics card, you only have 2 options.

1. Try updating your drivers to the latest version. Drivers can increase performance in games.

2. You can launch the game, and turn the shader model 3.0 rendering off in the graphics options. If this option isn't available, it may be in the .ini files, and I can show you how to get there if you tell me what game it is.

Look, I am not trying to upload these bad vids, my computer keeps on uploading the same vids from the wegame client thing and i keep on canceling them. I don't know how this happend. I just fixed it though by totally turning my comp o and reseting all the programs i had on at that moment, sorry for the inconvenience. =(
