What new TF2 Weapons do you want to come next?
I know! Either demoman or soldier should get a mortar cannon, allows long range bombardment, but is useless unless deployed and not good in any way at short range! Or maybe the soldier could have a mortar as his melee, does 10% less damage, 50% faster attack speed, but a 20% chance to detonate when swinging it, causing him to explode, but notdoing damage to anyone else. Demoman should have a keg to drink, which brings him into a drunken rage, causing him to do 30% more damage, but attacking 10% slower with a crazy drunken screen. Mines are a bit too alike to stickies, just what the stickies basically are, but for people who never think to hide them above doorways or something. The flame sentry is the most talked about idea, and i personally think stats would be 30% more damage, leaves enemies on fire, but has a MUCH shorter range. The only problem, would be the factor of that the original has 2 miniguns AND rockets. How would you match a flame sentry to that? One idea that I think would be cool, fun, and not too overpowered, is a mobile dispenser, (NOT SENTRY) That automatically follows the builder, but has a few downfalls: Moves slowly, like treads on bottom to make it obvious why and whatnot, takes longer to build, dispenses a bit less, like 10-25%, and will stop moving and working if sapped. The only problem i see with it would be possibly in arena (why its slow) and developing the AI to follow the builder.

PS: The mines would also be way overpowered at defending points and carts if invisible, and if not, WHY HAVE EM?! think a bit more creatively.
