First - Make sure your mouse sensitivity (in controls) is where you want it.
then open console (like i showed you) and enter m_strafescale xx.xx the default is 6.25 or m_Strafescale 6.25

if you want to find out what the default of a setting is, simply type it in without a value (number) like this
m_strafescale
it will then show you what the default is like this
m_Strafescale is 10.25, default is 6.25
--this way you can always know what is was set to, so you can always set it back

i use m_strafescale 10.25
you might want to try 8 or 7.25 first, it will take some getting used to.
it is very obvious when you do large, sweeping mouse movements. you will turn around much much faster

anytime man, there is a website that explained all this stuff to me, i can link you to it if you like. it is by ifurita, a guy who knows a thing or two, or ten million, about etqw.

to enable console (the pull down menu for commands) hit
control alt and ~ (the button LEFT of 1) at the same time
then type "com_allowconsole 1" without the quotes and hit enter, this will allow you to just hit ~ to access console from now on, instead of control alt ~.
then type the mouse command =)

or anything over what it is =)
change it, see how you like it higher. if you want it back to normal you can find out what normal is by typing m_Strafescale without any numbers in console. it will read out what the default setting is.

you will be able to 180 =)
