Sorry lol XD Only just read your comment from like months ago.
Easiest thing to tell you about a capture card,is to buy a Dazzle Video Creator Platinum (a silver external card,that you plug in by usb2.0) or get a pinnacle pci card,which has a yellow composite cable (be careful,you won't be able to capture audio on most :S)

So best bet is buy the Dazzle to start off with.
