As for your steam dilemma, there's a chance that you're experiencing problems with Vista's permission system. WeGame needs to be running at a higher permission setting than the game you're trying to run. To fix this, please right click on the WeGame icon on your desktop and select "run as administrator". This will make it so that WeGame runs at a higher permission level than the game (which is necessary in order for the client to work properly).

If there is no wegame icon on your desktop, then navigate to the folder where you installed WeGame and right click on wegame.exe and do the same. Let me know if that works!
