Judging from the video your skills are at the stage of a beginner! Don't take that in a bad way, but it's true. You can easily use Color curves in vegas to do the blend in. I am sure you know what Z-axis is, the depth angle. Your characters aren't moving right from camera to the horizont. Their feet isn't following the ground and they become small too fast or too slow. That's how it goes in general. Take a look at Achiever 3 - I did the angling and z-axis quite fine in it even that it's me who says so.
