They do have a cheatshield, it's called Hackshield, it's made by AhnLab. I, myself, am a casual Combat Arms player, but I've never encountered someone whom I've seriously thought was hacking.

Hello everyone! I would like to direct your attention to the game Combat Arms. I belive this FPS has a lot of potential as a machinima medium and, to my knowledge, no Combat Arms machinima have appeared on WeGame as of yet.
