That is the Doomsday engine. You can get it from doomsdayhq.com
There are some other projects attempt to do the same thing, but this one is fairly popular and I've had good luck with it. You'll need to have the original wad files, even the shareware version will work. That site also has the hi res artwork and 3d models under the Add Ons section of the site. The models are in the resource pack.
