  It's not an extra program, it's built in in all the Sourcegames. ;)

  I remember seeing another very good tutorial on the Facepunch forums.
  And don't give up, it looks difficult for the first time, but it's not that hard I can say.:)
  
  And with the demosmoother (part of the Sourcerecorder) you can even set paths for the camera to move and make some nice scenes. (Here's a short clip which I made to test it, but I'm still a beginner too: http://www.wegame.com/watch/SiN_Episodes... )
