Heh, i remember playing on my old playstation(yes i mean the most original, huge gray box) I mostly only played resident of evil, red-alert,DOOM i think? Dukem Nukem or something like that and of course fighter games like Tekken

No kidding, right? It's strange how a decent portion of users on here don't take kindly to console gamers who grew up playing console shooters. I didn't start playing on my PC until last year. And yes, I too have fond memories of the original "Halo." My entire 8th grade summer was devoted to that game. All the parties and all-nighters are extremely memorable. It's hard to believe that those good times were had almost 6 years ago.
It's nice to see someone on here who recognizes good FPS' both on and off the PC.

"Condemned: Criminal Origins," (more of a mystery than shooter), "Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth," (also more of a mystery game than a shooter) The "House of the Dead" series, the "Time Crisis" series, "Call of Duty 2," "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare," "Goldeneye 007," "Duke Nukem 64," "Counter Strike," The "Half Life" games, a couple of the "Unreal" games, "Delta Force: Black Hawk Down," "Return To Castle Wolfenstein," and would the "South Park" game count? It was a first person comedy/shooter. Well, it's on my list. Oh, well. I thought it was funny back in 1998.

I don't play pubs because they frustrate me too much, lol. Pickups mean no crits, less spam (6v6), everyone has comms, and generally you know when you lose it's because theyre a higher skill. :P

That, and they're addicting as shit.

(BTW I do agree restraining myself from stabbing heavies is hard, especially the temptation of camping for the same heavy every time just to watch his actions grow more paranoid :D)
