Private servers are growing and changing and becoming more populated and increasing in number but also are becoming overpopulated on some servers and some are even starting to charge money to run the server which would be selling blizzards creation in a way but you should decide if the server is breaking the law or not! Check out some private server sites and see if they break the law or abide by it since the majority are in the U.S.
