Right, i'm gonna take a wild guess at witch program it is...windows movie maker!
Anyhow, to get rid of the bluescreen you need to aply a filter that does it, i have no idea how to do it in your program, but in vegas you use something called Chroma Keyer. And when you try make sure that the sceen is completly blue, otherwise you get a fucked up picture in the end.

I filmed my music video in-game completely, so I only used an editing program that came with this computer.
