In the videos showing the finale of "The Passing". players can catch a glimpse of a new type of fixed emplacement with a single-barrel, high-caliber "heavy machine gun". While only the barrel of the gun is visible, it appears to be long and thin, similar to the .50-caliber Browning M2HB. The machine gun is mounted on the back of a 5-ton truck which can be found on the upper level of the bridge, past a slanted, fallen section and a Humvee. A tooltip suggests using the weapon when Survivors pass it. The new heavy machine gun appears to be much more accurate, with a tighter spread (but lower rate of fire) when compared to the minigun.
