Having trouble recording sound? VIDEO Tutorial

Swolenator 18 Posts 26 months ago Permalink Quote Report	yeah i tried all of that first but none of it worked so I posted the solution that ended up working for me. It syncs fine in short 3-5min videos after that it slowly gets more and more out of sync. But virtual dub is free and only takes me like 2-3 minutes to sync and does the job for me. I right clicked on the speaker icon and got volume control and adjust audio properties 2. went into adjust audio properties for sound recording and only have sigma tel audio or hands free bluetooth head set. No stereo mix. I've been searching the internet for ages now about how to do this with XP and/or with sigma tel audio and none of it has useful. Anyone on here know what to do?
