Today we’re happy to announce a very substantial update to the WeGame Client. The vast majority of user requests we receive are for the ability to record more games. While we’ve worked hard to get WeGame up to over 140 supported games (With your help!) client programmer Coedman has broken new ground: WeGame will now record almost every modern game. The client will continue to function how it always has, simply start it up, launch your game, then press your record hotkey. The only difference is that you will now be able to capture thousands of games, rather than dozens. Media from games which aren’t officially supported will show up as “Misc gaming” when uploaded to the site, but you can change them through the edit interface. We will also add official support for popular games so they will be sorted automatically.
Please either relaunch your client now to get the update automatically, or get the latest version from the download page. Then feel free to launch whatever game you please using DirectX 8 and higher or OpenGL, and the green client square should appear. I can address a few frequent problems I see here on the forums.
Problem: Wegame won't work when i run Fraps, Xfire, gamecam (.ect other program that also hooks into games).
Solution: Turn of either the other programs or wegame. It's the staffs job to make Wegame work with your GAMES, not with other programs
Problem: Wegame crashes my game when I minimize.
Solution: Dont' minimize
Problem: When I try to upload a video my progress bar goes to 100% instantly but never completes.

Problem: Does wegame work on 64 bit systems.
Answer: Yes it does, I'm using it on 64 bit now. If you're having issues with 64 bit mail the support staff.
Problem: The shop is gone and my gold is useless.
Solution: It's gone for good/temporarily, we don't know which. Pretend it never existed, for the time being.
Problem: Support hasn't answered my email
Solution: Mail them again, we can't help you here on the forums.
Problem: Wegame isn't working with my game
Solution: See my the original point of this thread, then mail the staff. So long as you are not personally doing something to stop it from working they should be able to help you get it trucking.
This is by no means a end all be all for questions. if i see anything else that i have definitive answers to i will add them to this thread. In the mean time if you have issues, mail the staff and be persistent. if they don't get back to you in a few days time, mail them again. If the answer is confusing, and incomplete, mail them again. Above all though remember. Most of the time we as users cannot help you with client or site related issues. take it through the proper channels, and you're more than likely to get help.
