Hmmm...
As long as you're not using Vista 64-bit the game should run fine. I tested WarRock on our Vista machine and it seems to work. The only problem we seemed to have was the recording appearing with messed up colors, but I discovered that was just because the game was running in 16-bit.
There could be a chance that some other program is messing with WeGame. Try playing WarRock with just WeGame and WarRock running. In other words, close all other programs and then start WeGame and then start WarRock.
Also, there could be a chance that you're experiencing a permission error in Vista. You want to make sure that WeGame is running at a higher level than WarRock. To do this:
1. Close WeGame
2. Right click the WeGame icon and click Properties
3. Click the tab labeled Compatibilty
4. Check the box at the bottom that says Run as an administrator
5. Click Ok
6. Start WeGame
7. Start your game
