I have it enabled but it does not work. Most of the videos that I record have no sounds. How can I fix this?

Why is this under the tech support section for the website? You meant to post here. If you're on XP, read this. If you're on Vista and you *DID* follow the instructions to enable sound recording in the config wizard, you might be out of luck until our next release.
