change your security settings, depends on what your using of how you change it

Is there any antivirus software running on your computer?

Are you using an administrator account?

Are you using Windows XP or Vista?

Yes there is anti virus software running and always is on my computer my computer is a vista/xp (vista processor xp monitor) and im on administrator account
. can u lead me through process?

Can you disable your antivirus and install it? Which antivirus program are you using?
