This is often caused by not having the proper codecs installed. To fix this please download and install the K-Lite codec pack. You can download the pack here:

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_li...

Please make sure that you download and install the latest full version.

After installing the codecs restart your computer and see if you can access your folder. If you're still having problems, then try switching your folder view to details or list mode. To do this, follow these steps:

XP Users:
1.Go to My Computer
2.Change the view option to details or list
3.Click View and then Folder Options
4.Click the View Tab
5.Click Apply to All Folders and then click Ok

Vista Users:
1.Got o My Computer
2.Click Views and select either details or list
3.Click Organize
4.Click Folder Options
5.Click the View Tab
6.Click Apply to All Folders and then click Ok

If neither of these solutions help, then please email us at help@wegame.com with the following information:
1.Your system specs
2.A detailed description of the problem you're experiencing
3.The operating system you're using and whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit

Hi. I had downloaded that and still had the problem with movie maker. I deleted and used a higher one (which is why I deleted my above post) and now it will sometimes load to movie maker. Then it has super bad quality (graphic and sound) and on many occasions still crashes.
