Hey man lol , i love all the drama on the forums , but im guessing you posted for an answer and not the drama right? ok , what i did to improve the sound level was this : i turned my speakers/headset level to a really low level (so i dont blow my speakers or eardrums) then i turned my system volume to the max , i then recorded with these sound settings . then when i played back the video again the sound seemed to be at a decent level . hope this helps! :)
