I am going to assume that since I didn't see "ANYTHING" in the top left corner that WeGame does NOT support the recording of Swat 4 TSS??? If it doesn't, is it possible to get it supported ? Also just to make sure. The WeGame program does NOT have to be installed anywhere specific t o work correct ? Thank you

You are correct. WeGame does not support SWAT. However, I'll be sure to add it to the list of games to look into supporting. WeGame doesn't need to be installed anywhere specific,. However, that being said, some users have had problems with WeGame being installed on a different harddrive than their games. 
It's the letter "O" not the number 0.
