I'm using supported games (WoW, and Audiosurf, mainly) and whenever I press the button to begin recording, the game simply closes. No error window pops up, except for Half-Life 2, which just crashes like a game normally would. I meet all the requirements for the recorder.

I had the same problem with tf2.
Most games have a shutdown hotkey. Maybe you should try changing your recording key.

I've done that, already, though. My first recording key was one of the function keys, so I figured it was the game's shutdown key. I changed it to \, and the same thing happened.

Same thing for me too. It happens on ALL of my games. I changed the hot key and it still happens. I also lowered my game settings.

Shujinko is right. We believe that we've solved this problem, and the next update should hopefully fix this.

Could I get an estimate on when the update will be released?
