I'm having the same problem. I've been looking all over the place and can't find anything... Although it could be that WeGame only records in .avi from what I can see and I believe that WMM doesnt support .avi files. Either way, an answer would be appreciated.

WMM does support AVI files, they're only a container format.
You need a Motion JPEG codec for the video we produce - try ffdshow, the k-lite pack or there's a heap of other ones you can find on google.

They were AVI files to begin with. lol
If you do more editing in future your life will be much easier using the right codec, saves you that entire conversion step...

Motion JPEG is the format our video is encoded in - you need the right codec for most windows stuff to handle it right.
ffdshow and the k-lite pack are two free codecs which others have had success with...

I'm having a problem with this issue as well. I have downloaded the combined community codec pack which contains FFDshow.
When I use WMMM, I can see the film playing in the upper right initially, but once I put it in the timeline all I see is black.
I browsed through the FFDShow settings and seemingly turned on MJPEG, but no success with that.
Any other suggestions?
