okay, so am I, some of the people who don't seem to have this problem seem to also have VISTA, but that's not 100% confirmed.

Look in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\WeGame\logs where username is your username on the computer.

There should be a file "echelon_error.log" there - if there is, send it to help@wegame.com so I can look at it...

The reason I asked XP or Vista is simply because the user profile stuff changed in Vista and I need to know which path to tell you.
