It's the letter "O" not the number 0.

getting the same problem here, and i followed the steps to generate the error log, but theres no log on folder Logs !

I am also unable to generate any logs. I followed the steps, but I think since the game is crashing immediately after the client starts up there isn't enough time to even make a log.
