Crashing folder view

I've been having serious trouble with my WeGame videos folder. the video records fine, stops fine, and the file is created, but the only place i can view it is in the WeGame Client itself. so whenever i open the folder that stores my videos the folder crashes, sometimes even the whole computer. I need the actual file because i am making a review for Portal and it requires the file, not just the client displaying it. If somebody could help me with this then i would be very happy! NovaNoah. |

Make sure you have the proper codecs installed. You can get the codecs here: http://www.free-codecs.com/k_lite_Codec_... Install the latest version (think it's 3.9.5) and then restart your computer. 
It's the letter "O" not the number 0.
