Change codec?

We've been looking at changing codecs but I doubt it will be a choice available to users.

Why do you want to change it?

I like to record lossless then compress for web. That way I can edit multiple times into different demos and not degrade the quality of the clip. And even share it with other people who want put things together.

Although I like the integration of everything into one neat little package I might have to go back to doing it the old way for quality purposes.

Also, I recommend the xvid codec if your going for sharp image.
